Caroline is a fantastic realtor who will do everything in her power to ensure that your home purchase / sale is a success! My wife and I were fortunate to have Caroline as our realtor during our recent home purchase. Caroline was fantastic. She came prepared with lots of data, and provided us with all of the information we needed to understand the market. When we reached out to Caroline, we already had a specific house in mind, and her knowledge and experience were greatly beneficial since we were first-time home buyers. She skillfully and calmly guided us through the entire process, and strongly advocated on our behalf. After our offer was already accepted, we ended up finding additional unreported pest damage and evidence of termites that wasn't in the initial seller inspection report. Caroline went to bat for us with the seller and their agent and ended up getting the seller to help pay for the damage. While I can't guarantee that a similar situation would play out the same way everytime, I can guarantee that she will do everything in her power to advocate for you and make sure you have all of the information you need to make a smart purchase that you will feel good about. Jonah did a great job helping us through the process of buying our first home. He gave us a lot of good advice on what to offer and what to expect through-out the whole process. Jonah was recommended through the Zillow Home Loans broker so I wasn't sure what to expect. However he greatly exceeded my expectations. I had a few things to deal with throughout the process (finding a contractor to do some repairs, making sure we closed after our holiday vacation and that we closed after January 1st) and Jonah had great suggestions. He's very clear, easy to talk to and doesn't feel like he's forcing you into something you don't want to do.
We first met Robert Montanez 11 months ago at our first home viewing request outside of Open House hours. Out of all the other agents we’ve met previously, Robert stood out the most. We hired Carmen in 2020 to help us sell our starter home and purchase a bigger home for our growing family.
